1. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (CPA COMPLIANCE)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, customers may return defective goods within 6 months of purchase.

Customers may choose a repair, replacement, or refund.

No handling fee or return shipping fee will be charged where goods are defective.

2. COOLING-OFF PERIOD (ECTA COMPLIANCE)

In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, customers may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided that:

- The item is unused and unworn

- The item is unwashed

- The item is in original condition

- Original packaging and tags remain intact

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For cancellations under the 7-day cooling-off period where goods are not defective:

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Original shipping charges (where applicable for international orders) are non-refundable.

4. HANDLING & ADMINISTRATION FEE

For valid cooling-off cancellations where goods are not defective, Vindicated Gamers reserves the right to deduct a reasonable handling and administration fee from the refund amount.

This fee covers direct costs incurred, including:

- Payment gateway transaction fees

- Packaging and inspection

- Administrative processing

The handling fee will not exceed the direct costs reasonably incurred and will not apply to defective goods.

5. SIZE EXCHANGES

Vindicated Gamers does not offer size exchanges.

Accurate measurement charts are provided on our website. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size prior to purchase.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of return approval.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not qualify for a refund:

- Worn apparel

- Used or washed items

- Items damaged through misuse

- Items returned outside of legal timeframes
